These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recurio (the "Service"), a product by Techwisely Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not misuse the Service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.

5. Notion Integration and Data Responsibility

Recurio integrates with your Notion workspace based on the permissions you grant. We do not control your Notion data. You are solely responsible for backing up and protecting your Notion workspace and data. We are not responsible in any way or manner for any data loss in your Notion workspace. By using the Service, you waive us from any liability related to data loss or corruption in your Notion environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, branding, and content, are owned by Techwisely Ltd or its licensors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
