2. What We Collect

Account Information: Your email address for login via OTP and session management.
Notion Authorization: OAuth tokens and identifiers necessary to access your Notion workspace per permissions you grant.
Service Data: Recurring rule definitions and task data required to generate new tasks in Notion.
System Logs: Basic server logs for reliability and security (e.g., error logs).
Usage and Attribution Data: We record UTM parameters in aggregated, anonymous counters by date (e.g., daily totals by utm_source/medium/campaign). We do not store identifiers such as a visitor ID for attribution.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a session cookie to maintain your login state and support essential functionality (e.g., Notion OAuth). This cookie is strictly necessary. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Our internal attribution analytics are cookieless and aggregated; they do not set or read non-essential identifiers on your device. If we introduce non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics or marketing), we will provide appropriate consent options.

Authenticate you and manage sessions using OTP.
Integrate with Notion per your authorization to automate recurring tasks.
